Symphony Viva opens its season with an homage to the countryside of Spain! The orchestral version De Falla's masterful and spellbinding ballet El amor brujo will be brought to life by Alamo City Dance Company with new choreography by directors Susan Trevino and Katie Rodriguez. San Antonio guitarist Johnny Peña joins the orchestra for Rodrigo's sunny and impassioned Concierto de Aranjuez, and the afternoon concludes with Rimsky-Korsakov's exuberant Capriccio Espagnol.
